You might be finding it hard to visualise this open-air event, in the tree-filled grounds of a church at the western end of Princes Street - Edinburgh's main shopping street.
The images on this page are from 2001's and 2005's Fair. We're confident you won't find anything quite like this anywhere else in the world.
The makers, designers and artists are selling only what they themselves have produced. Standards are high and there's plenty of originality and diversity on display. From 90 to 110 exhibitors every day with new faces on Mondays 11th and 18th.
ADMISSION is FREE, so you can visit as often as you like - and there's the Cornerstone Cafe on site for food and refreshments.
