Introduction
A new event for Summer, in the glorious Trades Hall - an iconic venue in the heart of Merchant City. There will be three table sizes on offer at this event due to the layout of these rooms.

Stall Options
Stalls are available in either a 3’, 6’ or 9’ space. The actual “space” is approx 5’ deep though this may increase due to the shape of the rooms. This means you would be able to be seated behind a table. It is also possible to book a corner site which gives you additional selling frontage (these are limited).
Unless you request no table, a 3’ space will have a 3’ table with chair behind. A 6’ space would a 6’ table with chair behind, and a 9’ space would have a 6’ table with chair behind, plus 3’ of space for browsers, rails, etc.
Inside Trades Hall
You must book enough space to fit in everything you need. How you arrange your space is up to you. The aisles need to be certain widths to comply with our licensing requirements so it is not acceptable to encroach on them. No part of your display, including yourself, should be outwith your allotted space (this includes browsers, display stands and seating), so when planning your stall please ensure you book enough space to suit your needs.
Don’t forget you are booking a ‘space’ - you should imagine the possibility that your neighbours on either side might well both have their own display systems.
We no longer require to charge for tables. These are included in the price of this event. You must book them on the application form though - we won’t be able to supply them on the day if you don’t.
Electricity - Due to the historic nature of the building we are not able to guarantee access to power. We recommend using battery powered lights wherever possible.
Cost of Frontage
Your stall fee is based on you booking either a 3 ft, 6ft or 9ft space.
Corner sites are limited in availability and there is an additional fee for these.

Payment
Once you have been allocated a space you will receive confirmation in the form of a single invoice to be paid within two weeks. Please ensure payment is made promptly. There are new bank details this year - please check that you send payment to the correct account! Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
When you complete your application form online you will see a note at the end saying you have submitted the application. You will also receive a copy to the email address you provided on the application form.
Full refund if you cancel your booking up to six weeks before the event - less a £50 cancellation fee.

NOTES
No dogs/pets are permitted.
You must be fully set up and ready to sell 15 minutes prior to the event opening. You may not close up early.
